The fabrication setup supported by in house Forgings, Castings, Pressing, Robotic Welding Stations and BVQI certified welders has DIN 18800 level C approval from SLV Mannheim GmbH Germany. 

Turbo produces Scaffolding &Support System (Modular Cuplok) with Certificate of Conformity (Ü mark) from SIGMA KARLSRUHE GmbH Germany, Modular Ringlok System, Kwikstage Metric System, Kwikstage Imperial System, Staflex Frames, Scaffolding Frames, Shoring, Proping, Leveling Jacks, Decking Panels, Wall Form Panels. 

                                                            

Turbo manufactures wide range of Scaffold & Formwork Accessories in varied designs and sizes suitable for each & every market i.e. Drop Forged Couplers (EN74-1:2005 Class B certified), Pressed Couplers, Drop Forged Wing Nuts, Casted Wing Nuts, Machined Nuts, Anchors, etc.

In house facility for Hot Dip Galvanizing, Painting, Electro Galvanizing, Zinc Nickel Alloy Plating, Mechanical Zinc Plating, Powder Coating and Salt Spray Testing.

Stringent in process quality checks as per DIN EN ISO 9001, BS EN ISO 15609, Zulassung Z-8.1-852, Zulassung Z-8.22-208 and Zulassung Z-8.1-846 are conducted to meet International Quality & Safety Norms for Scaffolding & Formwork.
