Tool Room for Die development of Sheet Metal Parts

The most imperative of all developments is the most modern tool room, which the company has been upgrading continuously. This includes the latest software, which seamlessly interfaces with the various formats to receive CAD data from customers. UG NX6 software, & AutoCAD, are used for designing and manufacturing of tools.

Turbo has 5 Nos. of Mechanical Power Presses having capacity ranges from 20T to 300T.

Surface Treatment

To enhance customer convenience and provide unified solutions under one roof, Turbo Group possesses state of the art surface treatment facilities in house comprising of Trivalent Zinc plating (Cr+3), Hot Dip Galvanizing, Zinc Flake Coating, Powder coating, and Paint shop.
